Tender description

The works consist of the bulk replacement of external lighting and subsequent all-inclusive general repair and maintenance of all external lighting installations on the Keele University campus. The agreement shall be for a period of 16 quarters (4 years), with the bulk replacement of lamps taking place within the first 8 weeks of contract commencement.
