Tender description
The overall aim of the service will be to enhance the emotional health and well- being of children and young people placed in the care of Cheshire West and Chester Council. The service will provide emotional health and wellbeing advice, support, assessment and a range of therapeutic interventions to children in care, care leavers and children post Adoption, including support for carers/social workers, to develop an awareness of emotional health and wellbeing needs, to support placement stability.
