DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS Scope of works This Tender Package involves the installation of ventilation extract systems to rooms B7 & B8 of the Nautical College at the Fleetwood Campus. The proposed commencement date of the work is Monday 24th August 2015. The appointed contractor is to undertake the role and duties of Principal Contractor and will be given 2 weeks’ notice between his appointment and commencement on site. The appointed contractor will have 2 weeks from the commencement date to complete the works. Location of the Site The site is located at the Blackpool & The Fylde College, Fleetwood Nautical Campus, Broadwater, Fleetwood, FY7 8JZ.
