Tender description

Leeds City Council requires a reliable end-to-end system to support the issuing and administration of about 160,000 Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) annually. The system will need to support mobile working and to link with a number of other IT systems both internal and external. The PCNs need to be issued and processed in accordance with Traffic Management Act 2004 and Transport Act 2000.
