Contract Award Notice-The objective of this RFT was to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of expert exhibition project management services for The Energy Show in Ireland. Numbers of tenders received: 3 Name and address of company awarded the contract: Conference Partners Ltd of 11-13 the Hyde Building, the Park, Carrickmines, Dublin 18 and with company registration number 288489 Date of contract award: 22/08/2014 The contract will terminate on 21/082015 with an option to extend the term for periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of three such extensions. Value of contract: Estimated total value of the contract is €840000 Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: Range and depth of previous relevant experience and quality and level of resources to be applied to the service(Maximum score = 30 Minimum score required = 21) Quality of tender proposal and methodology, including proposed management of assignment; incorporating best practice, innovation, deliverables, time scales and measures for ensuring quality of venue and event (Maximum score = 40 Minimum score required = 28) Cost(Maximum score = 30)
