Tender description

South Tyneside Homes wish to appoint a contractor to undertake full and partial replacement of wet, gas based domestic central heating systems and electric fires / surrounds to South Tyneside Councils housing stock. Works will be required on an as and when basis to supplement South Tyneside Homes Property Services in house team. The overall value of works within this contract shall not exceed £500,000.
