A consultant is being sought to undertake condition surveys and provide costed options and recommendations for the repair or replacement of Communal Heating & Hot Water Installations and Ventilation Facilities at the City’s York Way and Middlesex Street Estates. The consultancy function has Stage 1 – Survey systems and provide condition reports, costed surveys and recommendation for each system at both estates. Stage 2 – following the choice of option, draw up a specification of works for the chosen option and project manage through to completion, including tender evaluation, project meetings, supervision of works, authorising payments and variations, project completion including defects.
