Funding has been obtained for a collaborative transformation programme focusing on adult social care and health. The aim is to reach an understanding of the impact and inter-relationship of transformational change across the sub-region (Cheshire West and Chester; Wirral; Liverpool; Sefton; Knowsley; St Helen's; Warrington; Halton). <b>What we are seeking to commission</b> This work comprises of 3 main areas: <b>1. </b>Preparation: research and analysis (July/August) <b>2. </b>Workshop facilitation and presentation: 2 workshops (September and December) <b>3. </b>Production of summary report (February/March). <b></b>
