Repair and maintenance services of electrical machinery, apparatus and associated equipment. Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations. Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services. Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent suppliers for the provision of either individual or any combination of the following: Lot 1: Servicing and Maintenance of Emergency Lighting in Residential Housing Blocks. Estimated annual value is £114,000. Lot 2: Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Alarms and Automatic Smoke Ventilation Systems in Residential Housing Blocks. Estimated annual value is £61,000. The fixed term for each contract will be five years with a possible further mutually agreed extension for up to two years. The planned commencement date for both Lots is 2nd April 2016.
