Cleaning services are required at Ashford Oaks Community Primary School, Oak Tree Road, Ashford, Kent, TN23 4QR. A - Daily term-time / Once in each holiday period - half terms, Easter and Christmas / Three times during Summer Holiday B - Weekly Term-Time / Once in each holiday period - half terms, Easter and Christmas / Three times in Summer Holiday C - Annual Summer Holiday (to be completed towards the end of the break) <strong> </strong>The premise comprises of 27,200 square feet over one floor. The majority of the building is carpeted but with hard flooring in the school hall, staff rooms kitchens and toilet areas. It should be noted that approximately 77 personnel and 450 children will be located within the building.
