Aerial System Servicing and Maintenance Contract

Applications are invited from contractors in the following categories: i. Aerials ii. Satellite Dish iii. Digital Television And who wish to participate in the tender process for undertaking servicing and responsive repair/maintenance to our Aerial/satellite system including digital and IRS System. • Shepherds Bush Housing Association works in seven West London boroughs. However, the majority of its stock is located in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The stock ranges from turn of the century Victorian Street properties to modern houses and low rise flats. • The Association manages around 110 aerial/satellite systems, which are located in individual properties throughout West London. • The contract period will be 3 years commencing on 1st October 2015 with the opportunity for further extension on annual basis up to another 2 years subject to continued satisfactory annual performance reviews, by mutual agreement with the Service Provider. • The estimated contract value over the next 3 years is expected to be around £90,000 excluding VAT • The closing date for the submission of completed tender document is 5.00pm on Friday 7 August 2015 • PLEASE READ THE ITT COVERING LETTER TO KNOW THE DETAIL PROCEDURE OF TENDER SUBMISSION.
