TS14037 Supply of an Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) Enhancement and Collaboration Solution with Associated Services

Tender description

The Council intends to procure a Solution that will enable the Council to securely share documents with External Partners and provide an improved and more intuitive user interface for its deployed EDRM system. The Council requires the Solution to be hosted within its internal data network and fully compatible with its deployed EDRM system. The Associated Services include, but are not limited to, support and maintenance, implementation, training and additional consultancy as required. This requirement is not separated in to lots as the Council has a single requirement for technical reasons, seamless integration, Council resources and implementation. The Solution is expected to be in place for an initial period of 3 years, with options to extend on an annual basis to take the term up to a maximum of 5 years.
