Tender description
Newlands Corner is situated 5km to the east of Guildford, at the heart of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The land belongs to the Albury Estate and Surrey County Council has an access agreement with the Albury Estate. The access agreement is managed by the Surrey Wildlife Trust on behalf of Surrey County Council. We are looking for an Architect to design a Visitor Building to RIBA Stage 3 ‘Developed Design’ (in line with the requirements of the Summary Project Definition Document and Landscape Masterplan) to enable the submission of a planning application and the sourcing of funding. Please note that the design and installation of the Family Play Trail will be carried out by a separate Play Designer appointed by the Project Board.
