Tender description
Rochdale Borough Council is looking to appoint an agency to refresh its recycling and waste communication materials; developing new branding for its waste and recycling collection service. The new branding will be used to promote a new collection service launching on 5th October 2015 For the branding refresh, the agency will be required to develop the attached artwork (print ready) within the specification, as a minimum by 18th August 2015. Please see attached documents, Request for Quotation, Specification The deadline for submissions will be Thursday 12.00 noon on 23rd July 2015. You will need to log onto The Chest to access documents and to check for new questions and answers, additional information, notifications and updates. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY VIEW THESE SECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. Providers must ensure that their response is submitted prior to the deadlines specified
