This tender is for the provision of an IT Service Management (ITSM) Toolset, covering ITSM processes and functions with a supporting strategic vendor partnership to assist in its implementation and development. The toolset should, as a minimum: - Be modern and up to date; - Be flexible and easy to use; - Support self service (including social capabilities); - Support mobility (easily used on mobile devices for field team/customers); - Support ITIL based service management / provision; - Have a powerful workflow engine (platform as a service capability); - Include dynamic reporting functionality; - Have a clear development roadmap.
