Hire and Launderof Linen & Workwear

Tender description

The University of Warwick is seeking to appoint a supplier/s to provide the hire and launder of linen and workwear products to the University. Providers will be responsible for the collection of used / dirty laundry from a designated storage area, the launder of these articles and the return delivery of clean laundry to a separate area. The provider/s will be expected to own the linen and garment stock and will also to be responsible for maintaining adequate stocks within their own system to meet the requirements of the University of Warwick. This requirement has been split into four lots as follows: • Lot 1 – Hire & Launder Of Linen (Bedrooms) • Lot 2 – Hire & Launder Of Linen (Catering) • Lot 3 – Hire & Launder Of Workwear For Catering • Lot 4 – Launder Only Please note, this may be subject to change during the duration of the contact. Suppliers may bid for one or multiple lots. Please state clearly on your submission which lot / lots you are bidding for. It is anticipated that each lot will be awarded to one supplier; however suppliers may be awarded one or multiple lots.
