Tender description

AHL invites you to tender to carry out the supply and installation of hermetically sealed double glazed units, PVCu windows, French Balcony Doors & the Installation of Composite Doors. The works will be assembled into small programmes, batched by Ashfield Homes Ltd. As they are identified through the various repair reporting mechanisms. These will be called off at various times throughout the year. The Contractor will be expected to complete the works as instructed, within the agreed timeframe and in accordance with the rates contained within the Schedule of Rates document. Works shall be batched into works packages ranging from £500 to £5,000 at any one time and are target time sensitive rather than area specific. The sites of the proposed works are located within the Ashfield District i.e. Sutton-in-Ashfield, Hucknall, Bestwood, Selston, Jacksdale, Underwood, Westwood and Kirkby-in-Ashfield,
