Full Options Appraisal Report including an Intrusive and Full Structural Survey of Saltergate Multi-storey Car Park, Chesterfield

Tender description

The Borough Council currently owns and operates the rather dilapidated Saltergate multi storey car park in the centre of Chesterfield. The Borough Council is inviting tenders for the undertaking of a Full Options Appraisal Report to be presented to the Council which will • Identify fully costed options/potential solutions for the regeneration of Saltergate Multi-storey car park, to include as a minimum o Structural Repairs o Lighting, o Parking Equipment, o Elevators o Security o Access/Egress o Signage & Tarriffs o Aesthetics o & Compliance • Undertake a full intrusive structural survey to inform the above report. The report will provide the information necessary to enable the council to make a suitable decision on the future of the car park. PROCUREMENT OUTPUT: A fully researched Options Appraisal Report to be presented by the successful supplier to Council Representatives. Anticipated work to take place between 24/08/15 - 27/11/2015.
