Framework Agreement for the Design, Supply and Installation of Domestic Sprinklers for County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Authority

This procurement exercise is for the implementation of a Framework Agreement for Contractors for the design supply and Installation of Domestic Sprinkler systems for County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Authority (The Authority). The main users of the Framework Agreement will be County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Authority however the Framework will be available for use by County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Authority, Four Housing, East Durham Homes, Dale and Valley Homes, Derwentside Homes, Home Group, Durham Aged Mineworkers Homes Association, Cestria Community Housing Association, Durham City Homes, Livin, any other County Durham and Darlington social housing providers, Service Grouping or Associated Body. The type of premises for the installation of domestic sprinklers varies across the different housing associations, mentioned above, from one bedroom flats/bungalows to blocks of flats. This will include new build properties and retro fitting to properties.
