Tender description

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council ('the Council') is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake the new build of 16 rented housing units within the Bradford District. The site of this development at Avenham Way, Bradford, BD3 0BW is owned by the Council and the scheme is going through outline planning (the planning reference for the scheme is 15/02341/MAF). However, planning permission will be in place when a successful contractor is appointed. Commencement on site is required by 17 th November 2015
