<strong>North Somerset Council is looking to re-commission its domiciliary care services including dementia care, reablement and continuing health care funded services.</strong> Also included in the recommissioning will be the care contracts for extra care housing. The objectives for the recommissioning are: To secure provision for existing and future service users across all of North Somerset, including rural areas. The creation of strategic partners and relationships to improve quality of services. To reduce service delivery costs.
