Procurement of a video sharing application for use on smartphones and other devices. The app will be in two parts - the app itself for users and an online studio for support staff. The contract duration is a potential 3 years. Prices will be fixed (i.e. non variable and not tied to or affected by any indices) for the three years of the contract. Closing date for responses is 28/07/2015, 12:00. You must submit your completed submission via the eSourcing tool at https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta using Access Code 6F67835745. Completed responses may be submitted at any time before the closing date. Please note that completed proposals received after the closing date may be rejected. off-the-shelf solution We are looking for the supplier to provide an off-the-shelf ready solution, with minimum customisation required. In this manner we would have more confidence that we are procuring a tried and tested solution which will be supported and will evolve throughout its life. This should also shorten the delivery timeframes. This is not a key business function and as such we are happy to take what is readily available from the market, rather than take the time and effort to scope and develop our own bespoke solution with a supplier. budget There is no set budget for this requirement and the bids received will be assessed against each other as stated within the tender documents. The £172,000 limit is in connection to the EU thresholds. Over this mandated limit we would need to alter the procurement route and undertake a full EU procurement process. Therefore we will be unable to consider any bids which exceed that figure over the proposed three year contract.
