Tender description

This public procurement competition relates to the appointment of a contractor to provide legal advice to the Contracting Authority in the area of employment law particularly in the civil/public service context. Further details of the requirements are set out in Appendix 1. Tenderers should note that the Office of Government Procurement is conducting this Competition on behalf of the Contracting Authority.Tenderers should also note that OGP proposes to establish a whole of Government Framework for Legal Services later this year and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to transition the Services to this Framework.
