Project Facilitator: Memories & Histories Project for ‘Headlands to Headspace’, Morecambe Bay’s Landscape Partnership Scheme

Morecambe Bay Partnership wishes to appoint an independent facilitator to plan and deliver reminiscence and schools’ education sessions to support the delivery of Project 9: Memories and Histories for Headlands to Headspace, Morecambe Bay’s Landscape Partnership Scheme. The aim is to develop an inter-generational oral history project – designed to bring young and old together. The facilitator shall advise, plan and deliver on all the reminiscence and educational aspects of the project, and co-ordinate meetings to engage with project partners from community and schools networks and other stakeholders. They will work to best practice standards within the fields of Reminiscence and Oral History. They will also work with the priorities of the participating schools’ aims and curricula. The facilitator will receive support from the H2H Community & Training Officer. The facilitator will also work to produce reminiscence and schools resources, exhibition materials, publicity materials and an archive of the project.
