Contract for the Provision of Asset Valuations and Insurance Reinstatement Valuations in the London Borough of Redbridge

Tender description

The London Borough of Redbridge (the Authority) is seeking Quotations from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Contract for the Provision of Asset Valuations and Insurance Reinstatement Valuations in the London Borough of Redbridge (the Contract). The Contract will commence on 22nd June 2015 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue up to and including 31st March 2020 (the Contract Period). At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance of the contractor the Authority may extend the Contract Period for up to five (5) years in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate, providing a possible total Contract Period to 31st March 2025. In accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 a full set of quotation documents is available via the public area of the London Tenders Portal.
