Tender description

The laboratory of molecular Biology is looking to purchase a multimode monochromator-based plate reader with injectors and gas control (Both Co2 and 02) compatible with long term live cell assays, to obtain spectra over a wide range of absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence applications. The system must be capable of operating in Absorbance, Fluorescence intensity, FP (Fluorescence polarization), TRF (Time-resolved fluorescence) Luminescence, AlphaScreen and Cell counting modes.
