Tender description

North Yorkshire County Council, City of York Council, North Yorkshire NHS Partnership Commissioning Unit and the Independent Care Group as partners wish to jointly commission an 'Actual Cost of Care' exercise. The successful organisation shall undertake an independent and robust process to ascertain the cost of care in care home settings, including care homes with nursing, within North Yorkshire and York, which has due regard to the actual cost of providing care and other relevant local factors.
