#2400 - Single-Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Consolidated Facilities Management Service to St. Joseph's Hospital

Tender description

The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a single service provider (or a grouping of distinct service providers) to provide a full suite of facilities management services to St. Joseph’s Hospital. In this regard, it is emphasised that a consolidated service is required, whereby all requirements across various disciplines can be delivered by the successful framework member. As described more fully in the associated Invitation to Tender documentation, the required service comprises (i) the planned preventative maintenance of a variety of mechanical and electrical assets, (ii) a reactive repair service covering critical events and equipment failure and (iii) general facilities management duties regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the St. Joseph’s Hospital campus.
