Waste User Insight Survey 2015

Tender description

The Council wishes to commission a survey of a representative sample of households on the impacts of the new service, specifically focused on the attitudes & barriers to recycling, composting and waste reduction in Cheshire West and Chester. The aim of the survey is to gain intelligence on recycling habits (by demographic group) that can be used to determine current performance and inform future improvements. A secondary aim of the survey would be to gauge current scheme satisfaction. One main face to face survey will be required along with the option for a number of postal or face to face booster surveys. Tenderers should provide a comprehensive methodology that indicates how they will achieve the aims and objectives set out in this brief.
