Maldon District Council (MDC) is seeking a supplier to publish its Public Notices/Statutory Notices/Articles as per public notice legislation. The proposed contract will run from 10th August 2015 for a period of two years plus one year extension and will be let on the basis of a fixed price for the duration of the contract. Maldon District Council’s requirement for publishing of Public Notices/Statutory Notices and Articles is on an adhoc basis. The requirement is that they are put into a publication that covers the Maldon District. We require items to be published for various projects such as notice of events, planning notices, council tax notices and car parking notices (please note this list is not exhaustive). These notices/articles must be published on the date we require, in line with your publication dates and must be of the individual specification required by the officer sending the particular notice. For information on the pricing requirement, please see the submitted specification. Please note, examples of past notices have been submitted for you to quote by. Deadlines: Closing date for receipt of Quotations is 12noon Wednesday 29th July 2015. Deadline for Clarification requests is 12noon Tuesday 21st July 2015 Information: Please submit your expression of interest to charlie.mumford@maldon.gov.uk in order to guarantee receiving all responses to clarification requests. Please return your Quotation submission to Charlie Mumford using the address label supplied, ensuring no identifying information is visible on the envelope.
