Thirteen Group wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced specialist Procurement Consultant or Consultants, able to demonstrate a successful and effective track record in the provision of construction services and works in a social housing context, to work with them to secure the competitive procurement of the following two commissions: <i>Commission 1</i> - Procurement of a Materials Supply Agreement for the supply and delivery of materials and components. <i>Commission 2</i> - Procurement of a Partnering Contractor for Investment Works - a Construction Contractor to work with Thirteen Group in the provision of high quality social housing investment work.
