NHS Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of NHS England are seeking suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver primary care medical services under a caretaking arrangement for 1 year (12 months) commencing on 1st September 2015, at Tilbury Medical Centre, London Road, Essex, RM18 8EB. The aim of the service is to ensure a safe, timely, effective and value for money GP services that meet the needs of local people. It is the intention of NHS England to enter into 1 APMS contract for this service. However, a partnership/consortium proposal for the 1 year (12 month) contract would be considered. The estimated annual contract value for this service in 2014/15 is approximately £245,000 to £300,000. The offer documentation will be available from 26th June 2015 should be completed and submitted by the closing date of 5pm on Wednesday 8th July 2015.
