Multidisciplinary Family Assessment Service

Tender description

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and Westminster City Council are seeking to procure a Multi-disciplinary Family Assessment Service through a 5 year contract with a single service provider. The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (the Authority) is leading the procurement and invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of the specified service. The service shall need to provide a range of multi-disciplinary assessments of the needs, risks, parenting capacity and potential for change in complex families from the two contracting authorities. On the basis of service modelling conducted internally, it is estimated that the value of the contract will be approximately £550,000 per annum (including staffing, running costs and overheads, but excluding premises costs).
