CARETAKER PROVIDER Required: Mitchison Road Surgery, Islington Calls for Tender Bid responses for the provision of: Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS). NHS England’s London Regional Teams invite Tender Bid responses from all suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers able to deliver Primary Medical Services under an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract. NHS England has a requirement for a Caretaker Provider to care-take the Mitchison Road Surgery to under an APMS contract with a commencement of service on 1st August 2015. The outline details of this procurement are as follows: 2 Mitchison Road, London N1 3NG F83056 NHS Islington CCG. NHS England’s London Regional Teams are operating an e-Procurement process via the link provided below. Interested Applicants wishing to participate in this procurement must respond to this advert by completing all parts of the Caretaker Response Questionnaire (CRQ) (Forms A-D available online on the Bravo website, and CRQ Forms E-H downloadable as a Microsoft Word document from the Bravo website) and the Financial Model Template (FMT) downloadable as an Excel spreadsheet, also available from the Bravo website at: http://www.nhssourcing.co.uk. If you are not already registered on our portal you will need to register. Once you have completed registration, you will need to look for “ITTs Open to all suppliers”. Within this there will be a project called “ITT: itt_3021 - RTL031P Mitchison Road Surgery Caretaking contract ". Follow the instructions to allow you to download the documentation. The closing date and time the Tender Bid response documents is: 12:00 noon on 8th July 2015. Please note that, due to the short timescales of this procurement, we have created the Caretaker Response Questionnaire (CRQ) document cited above, which is a shortened version of the PQQ / ITT documents used in full-length procurements. Any reference to “ITT” on the Bravo website should be read as “CRQ”. There is no PQQ or ITT document in this caretaker procurement.
