Tender description

As part of the Council’s New Build Programme, the Council are looking to appoint a Contractor to safety demolish the former Martindale Junior School on Boxted Road, Hemel Hempstead. The successful company will be responsible for safe demolition works of the existing building to ground level including all out-buildings, hard standings and play equipment in accordance with all surveys and pre-construction documentation provided.
