2015 - 276 Architect services for estate wide building design / building finish works following EWI works

Tender description

Whitefriars Housing Group are seeking to appoint an architect to design the estate wide building colour/finish scheme for the upcoming external wall insulation project. The buildings are to be insulated with 90mm EPS insulation, leaving a number of different finishes and designs available. In addition to the options available with regards to render (colours, finishes, textures) we would also like to consider a mixture of render and cladding options such as feature pre finished panel boarding. As well as designing the colour/finish scheme of the estate, the architect is also to include plans for window, door and canopy designs.
