Tender description

The Council wishes to procure Infrastructure and Landscaping Works to prepare the Hatherton Street Site ready for the construction of three Commercial Units. One Unit is current under construction. The works include the proposed site access, roads, car parking, landscaping and foul sewer connection. The Specification for the works are provided in the Works Information of the Contract Agreement provided under separate cover. The Council is looking to appoint one supplier(s) for this Contract.
