Spurriers Cafe - Harlow Town Park

Harlow Council is seeking to engage an independent catering company to provide and run a quality cafe facility in the ground floor space of Spurriers House in Harlow Town Park. Spurriers House is currently being refurbished as part of a 2.8m GBP regeneration project within Harlow Town Park, part funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. The cafe will benefit from an accompanying terrace and being located within the refurbished building as well as being set in the re-landscaped grounds of the park in close proximity to Pets' Corner, The Bandstand and Harlow Showground all of which are major attractions within Harlow Town Park. It is set within a conservation area and is within walking distance to Harlow Town Railway Station, residential properties, offices and the town centre.
