Tender description
ECC is seeking a partner who can support the establishment of an Essex Challenge Prize approach that creates a ‘sustained model of delivery’ beyond the life of the contracted partnership. This partner will guide and support lead officers within ECC in the scoping, design, planning, operation and evaluation of our first challenge prizes and invest in the development of in house expertise that will facilitate the use of this methodology in the future.
