Tender description
Ashford Borough Council seeks potential suppliers to provide property management with facility management services in respect of a Council owned office block (total office space of 79,290 sq.ft) located in the Ashford Commercial Quarter. This will include rent and service charge collection, service charge management and facilities management. In addition to this there is the potential for the inclusion of an additional requirement to manage a retail centre comprising (100 sq.ft - 40 units) which may come on line within the next twelve months. Further similar accommodation and units may be added during the contract period.
