Tender description
NHS Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish to carry out an innovation stimulation process in the field of mental health and learning disabilities. The process will allow organisations from across all sectors [collaborative working across sectors and/or across pathways will be encouraged] to access funding for a 12 month period to test initiatives which will support the CCG in attaining the outcomes they wish to achieve for people with a mental health condition and or a learning disability.
