Tender description

The Loughborough Science and Enterprise Park is one of the largest science parks in the UK accommodating a diverse range of businesses active in the knowledge based and high technology manufacturing sectors. The key objective is to provide a design and delivery response to the emerging strategic policies of the Core Strategy for the extension of the Park. The two principal outputs of this commission are a site-wide, phased concept masterplan and a delivery statement informed by a viability appraisal. The aim is to provide an evidenced development framework for Loughborough Science & Enterprise Park which will provide a positive environment to respond to development opportunities. This should be achieved through partnership engagement with key stakeholders and developer interests and the appraisal of options which are translated into a masterplan and delivery statement.
