Tender description
Defra procuring on behalf of Natural England. To supply a tracked chipper with the following; Brakes: Soft ride rubber tracks with fully automated braking system braking. Chipping Flywheel. Tracked. Max weight: 2000kg (to be within trailer and towing vehicle capacities). Max length and width to be within trailer capacity: 3.75m x 1.6m, To take up to 19cm diameter timber. Ground pressure less than 0.30 kg/cm2 to travel on soft/sensitive area. A full hydraulic system and reservoir containing biodegradable hydraulic fluid.
