Tender description
Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is currently exploring different advertising options available. One area we are keen to pursue is manufacture/installation and selling of advertising space on billboards in the borough. In 2013 a study was done that identified 10 potential sites that were suitable for 48 sheet billboards. Planning permission would have to be obtained for the sites chosen. We are keen to find out the demand for this facility within the borough and are open to offers from all companies. We would be looking for a company to take on the whole package of manufacture, installation and selling of the billboard space. Alongside the manufacture and installation of the boards we are very keen to hear from companies who would be able to sell the advertising space for us and the levels of income that we could be expected to achieve.
