This tender is to supply, erect and dismantle scaffolding in three phases at Overseal Primary School. <b><u>Site Address</u></b> Overseal Primary School Woodville Road Overseal Swadlincote Derbyshire DE12 6LU We invite quotations from competent N.A.S.C. accredited member contractors to supply, erect and dismantle scaffolding in three phases at Overseal Primary School as follows: Phase 1 - 8 week hire and extra over for weekly hire Phase 2 - 14 week hire and extra over for weekly hire Phase 3 - 4 week hire and extra over for weekly hire The scaffolding must include the following: Full independent (external) scaffolding. Table lifts to gable ends. Debris netting to public/children's areas. Door head protection to door entrances. Double boarding to any used pedestrian areas. Haki staircase for safe access and egress. Ladder accesses as required. Barrow ramps. Loading bays to accommodate hoists. Demarcation to working areas. Heras fencing to scaffolding perimeters. Please allow extra over for weekly scaffold inspections. Tenderers are required to download and complete the tender documentation and submit along with all relevant documentation including their quotation for the supply, erection and dismantling of scaffolding in accordance with the attached documentation.
