Consultancy Services to Design and Develop an Energy Test-bed Dashboard GUI

Tender description

CIT wish to engage the services of an experienced and successful IT consultant to develop an energy test-bed dashboard GUI application. It is envisaged that the successful Tenderer will be available for a minimum of 2 (two) days per week from the beginning of February 2015 to the end of May 2015 i.e. a period of 17 weeks. It is anticipated that, at times, the resource will be required to work a full 5-day week on the project. The central and innovative aspect of the proposed energy test-bed dashboard GUI application is the OpenGL based 3D visualisation of the test bed, which displays various key value indicators (KVIs) in the context of the environment and over time. Upon appointment, the nominated resource will report to Martin Klepal and work under his direction. Duration of Appointment It is envisaged that the appointment will be for a period of 4 months beginning 2nd February 2015 and ending 31st May 2015.
