Tender description

Contract Award for the provision of CCTV Maintenance Services, specifically: • Preventative maintenance of cameras and CCTV Control Room • Responsive maintenance to faults with cameras and CCTV Control Room • Installation, removal and redeployment of cameras • Possible procurement of capital equipment • Possible relocation of CCTV Control Room Broxtowe Borough Council and Newark & Sherwood District Council currently share a CCTV Control Room resource and have decided to contract out the CCTV Maintenance Services collaboratively. There is also the potential of Ashfield District Council joining the contract in the future. The contract term will be from the starting date (currently proposed as 12th May 2015) until 31st March 2017. There will then be option to extend the contract on an annual basis for a further 3 years. The reason for this is that the CCTV Control maybe moved in 2017. At this stage the Council will review its service requirements
