Supply and Commissioning of Heating Boilers

Tender description

Exeter City Council are seeking tenders for the replacement of the existing office heating boilers at the Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter. It is proposed to replace the existing boilers with new, gas, high efficiency fully modulating condensing boilers. The works will also include the upgrading of the current Building Management System. Associated with the project will be the removal of the existing oil storage facility, bunding and pipe work. The works on site will need to be completed and commissioned by the end of September 2015.
