Specialist ICT consultancy for specification and procurement of Housing Management System.

Rooftop is looking to appoint an experienced independent consultancy company to undertake the process of the specification of a new housing management system and support through selection to procurement. Rooftop is planning to replace the Academy Housing Management System in 2016. Rooftop are seeking external consultancy to assist in the delivery of this transformation programme and will require our partner(s) to have experience in change management, modernising service delivery, ICT services, system specifications, procurement and business process reviews to help achieve our success. It is a requirement that the consultancy support provides for expert housing sector knowledge to provide advice and guidance in the areas of solution specification, solution procurement and selection. Further the consultancy support will be required to maintain the progress of the project and ensure a higher likelihood of success. For this first stage, Rooftop are looking to appoint a consultancy organisation with a proven track record of large scale transformation activities (preferably within the housing sector), providing expert knowledge of the housing sector and its software suppliers and with recent relevant experience in the specification, procurement and implementation of housing management systems in similar sized housing/public sector organisations. The contract may run over several years and it will not exceed GBP 150,000
