Tender description

The works included in this tender are for the strip out of some of the existing small power and installation of new small power supplies, stripping out of all existing lighting and installing of new light fittings and controls, installation of new data points and network cabling back to data cabinets. Extend the fire alarm system and intruder alarm currently in the phase 1 ground floor to cover the areas on the first floor. Extended the existing CCTV system to include coverage on the first floor communal areas. Installation of intercom systems for disable refuge areas and chair lift.
